Dr. Martin Raditsch

As of 1st June 2011 Dr. Martin Raditsch was appointed Managing Director Business of InnovationLab GmbH.

Following his graduation in molecular biology at Ruprecht Karls University Heidelberg Martin Raditsch worked in the life science sector at BASF AG where he held several management positions.

In 2001 he joined EMBL Enterprise Management Technology Transfer GmbH (EMBLEM) and his responsibility included business development and commercialization of IP. He was appointed deputy Managing Director in 2004.

Martin Raditsch is an alumnus of the St. Gallen Business School and the Max Planck Gesellschaft, in addition, he is member of several scientific technology transfer accociations such as LES and ASTP.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Wolfgang Kowalsky

Kowalsky is one of Germany’s leading scientists in organic electronics and Managing Director of the Institute of High-Frequency Technology at the Technische Universität Braunschweig. He serves his role as a scientific managing director of iL part-time. In addition, he is responsible for the management of the Analytics competence center at iL, which deals with the technical and physical properties of organic materials.

Kowalsky conducts research into organic semiconductors and has published ground-breaking work on organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) in monitors. His research spans from fundaments of physics right through to complex components for technical application. In 2002, he was awarded the Leibniz Prize by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG), the biggest research prize in Germany, with a value of 1,5 million Euro.
