Inter-cultural competence in virtual teams - Workshop at InnovationLab
Last week InnovationLab organized a two-day workshop held by Leadership Sculptor.
Leadership Sculptor coaches primarly R&D leaders and helps those who operate in competitive environments and want to maximize productivity and reduce conflicts, so they can more easily achieve something important with their lives.
The participants got to know basics about practical project management tools, project risk management, running meetings, and the importance of personal competences for international projects.
