After studying economics and sociology at the Heidelberg University, Michaela Sauer worked in global corporate communications at SAP AG.

From 2009 she supported the establishment of the InnovationLab GmbH as management consultant and was responsible for the cluster management of the BMBF's top cluster "Forum Organic Electronics" as well as the internal and external corporate communications.

Michaela Sauer has been supporting iL as Head of Internal Operations & HR since 2014. Human Resources is an exciting as well as a complex area.
